You can make an appointment to see me at Spire Manchester Hospital in Didsbury or Spire Manchester Clinic in Hale. In addition I am now providing on-line video consultation on the platform Zoom, which have been available through the Covid-19 pandemic. These are likely to continue to run long-term. Fortunately, all the main health insurance companies have been covering private Zoom consultations. They are easy to book and simply require an authorisation code, just like a face to face consulation.
I have agreements with all the main health insurance providers, with the exception of BUPA, for consultations relating to new hormone and general medical problems (see below). To make an appointment, a letter of referral from your GP is required for authorisation from your health insurer. However please note that if you have a stable long term hormone condition your health insurance may not cover you for on-going review.
If you are self-funding your clinic appointment you dont have to obtain a GP referral letter but is always helpful.

I am proud to say that I worked as a medical consultant at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust until Summer 2019, when I left my regular NHS contract after 27 years, to focus on other roles including writing my book on menopause.
